Refund and Returns Policy

At Bbroderies, your satisfaction is our priority. Below, we detail the terms and conditions for requesting exchanges or refunds.

 

1. Return Period

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

 

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging.

You must present the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

Please note that certain types of products cannot be returned.

Important: Personalized Products. We do not accept exchanges or returns on personalized or custom-made products. Due to the unique nature of these items (engravings, embroidery, custom designs, special sizes, printed photos, scans, DTF prints, etc.), all sales of personalized products are final.

Exceptions will only be made if the personalized product arrives defective or damaged.

 

Other non-refundable items include:

. Gift cards.

. Downloadable software products.

. Sale or clearance items (only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds).

. Some health and personal care items.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular-priced items will be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund was approved or rejected.

If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a specified timeframe.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account.

Then, contact your credit card issuer; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. The processing of refunds often takes some time.

5. Defective or damaged items

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@bbroderies.com

 

6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver mailed it to themselves to give to you later, we’ll refund them and notify them of your return.

 

7. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

The time it takes for your returned item to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
